Scott Flick will review the FCC’s political broadcasting rules, as well as Texas-specific political ad requirements, in this 90-minute webinar.

Topics will include providing Reasonable Access to federal candidates, Equal Opportunities claims, Lowest Unit Charge, the No Censorship Rule, Political File recordkeeping requirements, and the FCC’s recent “clarifications” expanding those requirements.
