Commercial and Noncommercial Biennial Ownership Reports Due

Commercial stations are required to file Form 323 (Ownership Report for Commercial Broadcast Stations) and noncommercial stations must file Form 323-E (Ownership Report for Noncommercial Broadcast Stations) by January 31, 2020.  All reports must be accurate as of October 1, 2019.  In cases where a broadcast station is sold between October 1, 2019 and the filing date a biennial ownership report must be filed by the party that owned the station as of October 1, 2019.
