Phase 9 Post-Auction Repack Transition Termination Date

Stations assigned to Transition Phase 9 must cease operating on their pre-auction channel by May 1, 2020. See Item of Note III of the 2020 Broadcasters’ Calendar for additional information.  Note the FCC will grant waivers for Phase 9 stations unable to complete the transition to their post-auction channel by the May 1 deadline as a result of circumstances related to the COVID-19 pandemic.  Stations granted a waiver will be reassigned to Phase 10.
